How much are the return costs?

For free returns you need the prepaid return label.
You will find this in your package (for orders over 150€), if there is none enclosed, contact us by email and we will send you the return label by email.

Please fill out the return form, it is attached to your order or in the package.

Important note: If you have chosen the payment method instalment purchase or payment method invoice, please inform our payment partner Klarna or Paypal that you are returning goods. As the processing of returns can take up to 2 weeks, you can avoid unnecessary requests for payment. You can easily announce your return in your Klarna customer account at www.klarna.de/mein-klarna or Paypal.com.

Make a note of the consignment number and keep it for at least 6 months.

The return costs are to be borne by the customer up to an order value of 150€.

Returns from abroad are always to be paid by the buyer.
